 Description: Paraben free Sulphate Free Conditioning Shampoo Base with nice lathering and deep cleansing properties. It does not contain harmful chemicals Amides (Cocodiethanol Amide), Parabens, Sulphates & Formaldehyde.  It Leaves the hair and scalp soft & silky smooth. Comes unscented. Preserved with MCIT & MIT.

Ingredients:

Glycerine, Coco Betaine, Aloevera, Cetrimonium Chloride, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Amodimethicone, Sodium PCA, Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate, Decyl Glucoside, Acrylates Copoolymer, Glyceryl Distearate, Polyquart 10, Polyquart 7, Xanthun Gum, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic Acid, Tri Ethanol Amine, Citric Acid & Distilled Water

Use: Can be customized further by adding up to 0.5% (volume percentage) of additional water soluble ingredients like Aloevera,  Hydrolysed Soya Protein, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein & Hydrolysed Keratin etc.. Please note if the base is heavily diluted the viscosity decreases and additional preservatives and/or thickeners may be required.  Addition of Proteins & other ingredients can effect the foam.  Stable for two years. Store in cool and light protected area.  Always make a small 100g test batch and test for viscosity, color and smell, before blending larger amounts.

Process

Shampoo Formulation using IS SBSF P : Batch Size 100 Kg

 

	IS SBSF P	100Kg
B	Distilled Water/Water Soluble Extracts* (Optional)	Upto 0.5Kg
C	Perfume (Water Soluble)	Quantity Sufficient (Usually 0.3 – 1%)
D	Color	Qs

 

Process : Add A+B in a vessel.  Add C & D in order while stirring gently.

 

*Distilled Water should be boiled 3 min and cooled to 40 degrees Centigrade.

Water Soluble Extracts : Aloevera Gel, Proteins, Amla extract, Shikakai extract, papaya extract, cucumber extract etc that are soluble in water.  Dissolve the extracts in Water (Phase B).
